The Ceres dinner service by Theodor Schmuz-Baudiss was designed for KPM's 150th anniversary. The CERES service's harmony of form and décor displays high aesthetics and is considered the most outstanding service of the late Jugendstil period. It owes its name to the Roman goddess of fertility and agriculture. Cornucopias with fruit and ears of corn form the lavish relief decoration.
